"The year is 2044: artificial intelligence controls all facets of a stoic society as humans routinely “erase” their feelings" - I see this happening IRL. We humans are training AI to be smarter... to the point it's going to be "I, Robot" or "Terminator" situation in the future. For shits and giggles, I looked up the actors you mentioned in the side note for this movie. I remember hearing about that actor who died in a skiing accident! He was a good-lookin' dude, too!
So many on this list I haven't watched , and particularly intrigued by Now, Voyager. And yes to Dead To Me and platonic friendships - honestly how else would we survive! Thanks for sharing Charlie's backstory ❤️
So many great films from the days gone by I've yet to see. It's amazing to realise how many films were/are made each year and of those, how few made it to cinemas. And then, how many did not get transported to foreign lands. Technology (starting with TV & later video, now digital) certainly changed all that.
"...in the hottest no-one even realized he was Jewish guy department--" Haha.
Great choices.
I haven't watched Bette in ages. She was an original.
This Time Next Year sounds intriguing.
Thanks Carissa! You know what I’m talking about 😍

I was scared for the second that something newer and bluer and french would be "Blue is the warmest color".
I need to check out your French recommendation!
That would have been too spot on, but same actress!
Yes I feel like she's in everything lately! She's a good actress so I don't mind ☺️
Happy Valentines Day! A good list! I have one for you, but it's not coming out until March 3rd: Picture This on Amazon Prime https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wWkGWXIshA
Omg yes! I am definitely watching this. I like all the actors. Thx for sharing.
Something that I’m going to be watching tomorrow is the next Bridget Jones movie
Hey! Where's Borrowed? Did I miss it?
The first rule of Beth’s Club: There is no borrowed. Ok you can pass through.
Happy Valentine's Day! A great post! Love your style and topics! I look forward to each one! (and many thanks for the mention!)
Thanks, Jill! Back at ya :) "Possessed" is loaded on my TBW list.
