Having grown up in LA and couldn’t wait to escape, any show about LA has to kick butt for me to watch. But I do like movies taken place in “old” Hollywood.
The Bear— hubby and I were so stressed by the end of the first episode we couldn’t watch the second.
I think "Sugar" you might enjoy watching. Also, I'm curious your thoughts on the first 20 minutes of episode 1 of Mulaney's show where he goes in deep on the different pockets of L.A. with a map and all. I love culture and geography so I geeked out.
"The Bear" is stressful - but it's also worth it! If you can find your way back, I highly recommend it and then we can chat about it.
Here’s me complaining—

Deal. I just have to get hubby on board.
I think I have a new post idea “Shows your partner will watch with you”
Fab! Haha! Jeff is super into sci fi and will watch a show and let me know if he thinks I will like it. And he will watch again.
Some Jeff Recos:
Apple TV+: "Dark Matters" (new and i'm planning to watch, "Constellation" (hubby watched and liked), "Silo" (loved this one)
Prime: Hubby is enjoying "Fallout" (it's pretty new)
You’re married to a Jeff too? Haha.
If it’s a helpful data point my husband begrudgingly watches. He likes “The Big Door Prize” on AppleTV + better though as far as joint shows
