Not a fan but have to give props to the fact that she's been on tour for over a year, doing 3-hr long shows. That's unreal and I hope she still has her voice when it's over (which, by now, I know it is). I've also heard what she's done for the economy in each city, and I can't IMAGINE how much she herself has made from this tour. Hopefully, she can rest now. Poor woman.

1) Swiftie? Yes or no?

No. But see comment above.

2) Did you go to the Eras Tour or have you ever been to a TS concert?

No. See comment above.

3) What’s your most recent concert experience (live or watched)?

It's been a VERY long time since I've been to a concert. Nothing recent, but before the pandy. And I don't watch them on TV. I CAN tell you that Linkin Park is my favorite band (RIP Chester) and they're coming to my hometown in September next year with the new lead singer, so I'm looking forward to seeing that. She's not Chester; his voice was one-of-a-kind, but she's not bad. I have a couple of songs from their new album on my iPod and they're not bad. I went to my first listening party last month when their new album dropped and got a gander at the rest of the songs and, again, not bad. She's growing on me. LOL Kinda like the way Daniel Craig grew on me as the new James Bond. LOL

4) Anyone else a fan of mash-ups?

YASSS! During my "Glee" Era, LOL, I had lot of songs from that show on my iPod because they were SO. GREAT.

Ooh. Linkin Park which autocorrect wants me to write “LinkedIn Park” - I don’t know them so well. I’m an emo 🖤 kind of gal so not surprising but live music is such a wondrous experience. I’m excited for you to see them in concert in September with or without Chester. I was never a soundgarden super fan but somehow Chris Cornell’s premature death just wrecked me. He was so good in his solo acoustic career. Haunting vocals.

OMG, Chris! YASSSS! I have a few of his songs on my iPod. Talk about tortured poet! Lurved me some "Black Hole Sun." I also liked "Pretty Noose" which, foreshadowing much? Chester died the same way he did, which... Lordty. WHY? WHY? WHY? And of course, I'm so glad he did a James Bond song. I have "You Know My Name" on my iPod, too, because this here woman is a MONGO James Bond fan.

i went to the Eras Tour in Singapore and it was as amazing as i imagined it to be. i think what makes it stand out as an all-time experience is not just Taylor's performing skills (she was great don't get me wrong!) but more so the communal spirit that radiates so strongly in the stadium (and of course that was due to the groundwork Taylor has laid for 15+ years, growing this community of Swifties). it feels really awesome to be part of a crowd this passionate!

Yes!!!Thx for sharing Fidel. It’s interesting to hear about the Singapore experience as it mirrors much of the same vibe and experience in Canada!! it’s universal

I don't go to the ton of concerts but the Eras tour was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I remember the general buzz around Amsterdam when she came here and running into Swifties everywhere. I have never seen anything like it.

This was such a wonderful and uplifting piece to read. I am not a Swiftie but feel envious of the comradery you spoke about here where fans feel comfortable engaging with one another and sharing what the music means to them and memories of it they have. It sounds like an incredible experience! I have actually never been to a concert but cannot imagine living without music in my life. Whether I'm reading a book, playing video games, or writing something I need to have music playing in my headphones.

Thx Matthew. I also couldn’t live with music in my life. True story but I used to go almost everywhere as a teen (when by myself) with my Walkman. I felt invincible with music as my shield or way to filter out the world and get lost in something soothing. I never forget that feeling

Thank you, thank you. I've been a fan (not quite a Swiftie) since the first album. There was such hype all around Australia when TS was here and it was a bit overwhelming, but I felt great excitement about your experience and love that you shared it so generously.

I love mashups and marvel at those that create them. My most recent (watched) concert experience was JLo as Kat Valdez in the film "Marry Me." 😆

OOh. Yes I know the JLo film! I think I saw it, too.

Mashups rock. There’s one that hits, “Champagne Problems, All Too Well, and You’re Losing me (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EeNTO__ly4w) that I love! It may be ten mins lol

But everyone I talk to lovedlovedloved the concerts. They did say it wa a once in a lifetime experience. I am so glad you had a great time and how special that you could enjoy this with your children!

Sounds like a once in a lifetime experience! The last concert I was at was when The Weeknd came to Toronto, which was a couple of years ago now, I think.
